If I'm him, I'd think about changing it to Skeeter or Scowler...anything but Scoooooter. I would guess that there is no one more popular in the shower than guys named Scooter...He's gonna rue the day he let that stick I hope. You'd think that 1 out of 11 would vote for guilty based on the nickname alone....probably not a basis for appeal but we'll need to check with Victoria on that.
