This one was close to perfecto but alas the baseball gods felt his Wangness was not worthy. Even so, you have to be impressed that a Yankee pitcher had a good outing and wasn't injured enough to go DL. He did take a liner off his foot that would have put Pavano in intensive care...but as most of his teamates would probably tell you...Wang ain't no Pavano, thank God.
Helluva performance and hopefully the start of something big.
