Hot, Hot, Hot in CA but fantastic running at the beach because so much is going on...millions of people out and about, brilliant sunshine, deep blue water with dolphins frolicking...before you realize, you have racked up some serious mileage. Hit 50 this week in 6 days....a gratifying milestone as I have never done before....even during marathon training.
Pretty cool and now on to 60 somewhere down the road.
